In compliance with the information duty established in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that this website https://www.leemons.io and the associated platform (hereinafter, both referred to interchangeably as the "Platform") are owned by Leemons Edtech Solutions SL (hereinafter "LEEMONS"), with Tax ID B-05.470.877, professional address at Avda Manoteras 38 C411 - Madrid 28050 (Spain), and registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, Volume 41891, Folio 200, Sheet M-741886.

Accessing and/or using the Platform grants you the status of a user.

2. Platform use

The user assumes responsibility for the use of the Platform. The Platform may provide access to various texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content, and information (hereinafter, "Content") owned by LEEMONS or third parties that users may access.

Users must use the Content and services offered through the Platform appropriately and agree not to use them for the following purposes:

1. Engaging in illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
2. Causing damage to the physical and logical systems of LEEMONS' Platform, its providers, or third parties.
3. Introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that could cause the aforementioned damages.
4. Attempting to access, use, and/or manipulate LEEMONS' data, data from third-party collaborators, and other users.
5. Reproducing, copying, distributing, allowing public access through any means of public communication, transforming, or modifying the Content without LEEMONS' authorization.
6. Deleting, hiding, or manipulating Content subject to intellectual or industrial property rights and other identification data of these rights belonging to LEEMONS or third parties incorporated into the Content, as well as technical protection devices or any information mechanisms inserted into the Content.
7. Inciting third parties to engage in any of the aforementioned practices.

LEEMONS has the right to investigate and report any of the mentioned behaviors in accordance with the law and to collaborate with authorities in the investigation of such actions. LEEMONS may temporarily suspend Platform accessibility without prior notice for maintenance, repair, update, or improvement operations. However, whenever possible, LEEMONS will communicate to the user, with sufficient notice, the planned date for service suspension. LEEMONS is not responsible for users' use of the Content included on the Platform

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All intellectual property rights regarding the content and graphic design of this Platform (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.) are the exclusive property of LEEMONS or a third party that has authorized its use. 

Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, approving the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law, and Law 17/2001, of December 7, on trademarks, as well as any other complementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, or public communication, including making it available or any other form of commercial exploitation and/or modification of all or part of the Platform content, is prohibited without the prior and express authorization of LEEMONS. 

LEEMONS does not grant any license or authorization to use any of its intellectual or industrial property rights or any other property or right related to the Platform and/or its services or content.

The user agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by LEEMONS. In this sense, the reproduction and temporary storage of the Platform's content are allowed as long as it is strictly necessary for the user's use and visualization of the Platform from a personal computer/tablet or phone. Likewise, the user will always respect the intellectual property rights of members who publish content on LEEMONS, refraining from appropriating or abusing the use of intellectual property rights related to the content published on LEEMONS. The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights over the content provided by users is the sole responsibility of the users, who will be liable for any claims by third parties arising from the illegal use of the Platform's content.

4. Data Protection

The use of this Platform may require users to provide personal data. LEEMONS processes this type of information in accordance with applicable legislation and details it in its Privacy Policy. 

5. Liability and Guarantees

LEEMONS declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its capabilities and considering the current state of technology, to ensure the correct operation and absence of viruses and harmful components on its Platform. However, LEEMONS cannot be held responsible for:0

1. The accuracy, completeness, or updating of data provided by users.
2. Interruption of the Platform's operation or computer failures, telephone breakdowns, disconnections, delays, or blockages caused by deficiencies or overloads in telephone lines, data centers, the Internet system, or other electronic systems during its operation, provided that these are circumstances beyond Leemons' control and/or could not have been foreseen.
3. Any damage caused by third parties who violate LEEMONS' security systems to the extent that it is not a consequence of an inadequate security level in accordance with the expected standard for Leemons considering its characteristics as a provider.

LEEMONS is not responsible for users' use of the Content included on the Platform.

6. Duration and Modification

This Legal Notice will be in effect indefinitely, and LEEMONS may make changes to the specified conditions, which will take effect from the moment of publication. LEEMONS may delete, add, or change both the Content and the services it provides, as well as how they are located or presented. The conditions published at the time the user accesses the LEEMONS Platform are considered valid. 

7. Hyperlinks

LEEMONS informs the user that, to the best of its knowledge, the hyperlinks inserted on the Platform are not harmful, and their content is correct and appropriate. However, since LEEMONS does not control these hyperlinks, it cannot assume any responsibility for the consequences of accessing links to other applications or websites. 

In this sense, LEEMONS is not responsible for the information contained in these third-party links or any effects that may arise from this information. 

The inclusion of links to other websites or applications does not imply LEEMONS' approval of their content or the existence of any association between LEEMONS and their owners. Consequently, the user accesses the content under their sole responsibility and under the conditions of use that apply to them.

8. User-Generated Content

Users have the possibility to post content on the Platform. Users expressly declare that the content of any comments and opinions they publish on the Platform is exclusively their own or that they have the express authorization of the owners, being solely responsible in case such content violates the rights of third parties. Users must consider that such comments and opinions should not contain expressions that are not suitable for all audiences, nor should they include indecent or inappropriate content or content that may offend general sensibilities. In particular, the Platform will not allow:

1. Discriminatory publications: Publications that go against individuals and violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, self-image, and the dignity of the person are strictly prohibited. Any discriminatory publication based on race, gender, religion, opinion, nationality, disability, or any other personal or social circumstance is prohibited.
2. Degrading content: Intimidating, threatening, degrading, or otherwise promoting violence against a person or a specific group are not allowed.
3. Advertising content: Using the Platform as a means to advertise, promote businesses, brands, or personal items, as well as obtaining email addresses for subsequent unsolicited commercial communications, is not allowed.
4. Content that promotes self-harm or illegal activities: All types of publications that promote the use of drugs, as well as those that aim to incite eating disorders and self-harm, are prohibited.

LEEMONS reserves the right to remove any content that may include the aforementioned content. Likewise, LEEMONS reserves the right to limit the access of users who have violated the provisions of this section.

9. Safeguard and Interpretation

This Legal Notice constitutes an agreement between each of the Users and LEEMONS. If the competent authority declares that a provision is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, such declaration regarding one or more clauses will be without prejudice to the validity of the other clauses. LEEMONS not demanding strict compliance with any of the provisions of this Legal Notice does not constitute, and cannot be interpreted in any way as, a waiver of its right to demand strict compliance in the future.

10. General Information

LEEMONS will pursue the violation of this Legal Notice and any misuse of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it under the law.

LEEMONS may make the relevant communications through the email address provided by users in the registration forms or through any other means provided in the user's contact information.
